Man, I just have a feeling that the only shot being called will be by TRob and will be a choice of face or neck/chest.

Oh man.

Taking the Super Bowl factor into account.  Lots of angered up EMAWs will be flipping the bird and booing non-stop.  Should be fun.

Speaking of last second buzzer beaters, when was our last one at home that ended in a win?

I remember Ellis at Nebraska. And at home Hubert vs Bradley, but that was to send it to OT. Ellis vs OU, but that just sent it to OT and we lost. Near misses like McGruds last year, and of course CU against us with the Pasco Fiasco and Royce at ISU this year.

But I can't remember a home buzzer beater (or even in the final 5 seconds) for a win. I suppose Atchison vs UT (and the snow!) is about as close as I can remember in the OOD.

I don't know what the final score will be, but I do know we'll blow another double digit lead.

Do we want to wait until a big KSU football game to loot the NBAF site?  Maybe?  May take some more manpower to really swarm it.  Either way...

Yeah, that was close. But even that ended up in FTs. So did Ellis at Nebraska because of a technical. So both were a little anti-climatic when in comes to buzzer beaters.

@ISU last year too, but that's also road.  '10 at home could've been if Dom finishes his fast break......

KSU 75-68

Jamar  16-9-2-2-2-4, double foul/double technical, lots of adorable faces when he gets called for fouls, and lots of adorable cheering from the bench late in the first half and midway through the second due to his foul trouble.

I admit I had to look it up, but Ill St in 09 and it wasnt' specifiically a buzzer beater to win it, but Pullen had game winner with 14 seconds left in OT, Sutton also had tap in to tie it to send it in to OT.

If you or anybody else was just conveniently ignoring the association with the NIT, then I don't blame you.

It's proven to be tough to get all of our moving parts working well together for extended stretches, but what the hell, time to JYC it and let the chips fall where they may

73 - 69 KSU Cats

Start aggressive and stay that way, Gruds.

I don't ignore the NIT. That one was similar to Atchison vs UT, late but not last second.
