can stand and kind of walk with everthing on big toe but not that well and in no way could run or jump up and down.

i would love to see that.

from what i can ascertain, it's pretty boring compared to when i fast walk and jump up and down on the big toe and toes curled under with foot completely off the ground. just fyi. i'll do both sometime if requested at a kpak.

when i was a kid, the older neighbor kids from up the street dug out a massive footprint with shovels and then claimed that it was a footprint left by the "gully monster". i didn't go into the woods for a month after that.

i survived an encounter with a rock ape in gibraltar. lessoned learned: don't get in between a mother and her baby, even if the baby climbed up on you to groom your head.

My last boss was arrested for burning down kites during the manhattan riots.

In 2001 I watched as a graphic design student jumped from the 8th floor of haymaker plunging to his death.

I narrowly missed being hit by a white minivan in a head on collision because I was very stupidly trying to pass three semi's up a hill - I managed to swerve into about a 4' drop off of a ditch going 85 mph and not only did I not roll my car, but I did absolutely no damage to my car and was able to drive away safely and only a little shaken up.

I once crap my pants while driving 85 mph while passing 3 semi trucks up a hill.

I have left a soiled pair of underwear on the side of the highway.

Did this happen to be on a Friday afternoon?  If it was, I had just walked past there and had my back to him as he jumped.  I turned around as I heard screaming.

I don't remember what day it was- but I imagine that was it.  He had his back to the crowd and didn't so much jump as he just leaned backwards.  I looked away before he hit the ground but i still heard it.  Pretty horrible - I had nightmares for a while after that.

I was walking on the break tide of a yact club in MS when 13 and came w/in about 10ft of an alligator. It was just sitting there motionless.  I backed up another 10 ft and just watched it for a while. My cousin thought it was dead, so threw a really big rock @ it's face to check.  Rock hit it, it jerked up and opened it's mouth all the way. We bolted. Animal control came and said that all the rain that year had somehow brought a few out of the bayous to the bay.

They couldn't catch it. The rest of vacation it could periodically be seen cruising in the bay abt 50 yrds from the beach.

It was a really big one.

When 14, my cousin came to visit(same one from alligator incident). He climbed on my roof and shot a kid on the street in the back w/ my bb gun. Cops came and took us to the police station.

I once had a $500 reward offered in a local paper for information regarding something I may or may not have done in HS involving toilet paper and shoe polish.

Had this same thing happen to me once.  Sept I was on the recieving end.  Going around a large  outside curve on k-42 at night.  I saw the semi then another pair of head lights in my lane.  I swirved into the ditch, and the bad person that ran me off the road kept going.

One time my brother and I were pulling a loaded hay trailer home on 54.   :driving:  My brother accidentally cut a guy off and ran him into the median.  They chased us down so we pulled over.  Two 40 something men jump out of their cutlas supreme.  :runaway:  Brother says get the pipe wrench out of the back seat if anything happens.  They come up to the windows and see how studdly we are and turn right around and jump in their car.   :gocho:

I almost got killed twice trying to drill the same well when I was 18ish.  My dad and I were trying to drill a well in a pasture on a hill that was a little steep, but nothing more that we'd done before.  We drove the rig out the evening before we planned to drill it, only it rained for 2 straight weeks and we couldn't get back out to it.

When we got back out we leveled the rig by putting railroad ties under the jacks, but the ground was a lot softer than we thought and the rig settled slightly uneven.  We kept the 300 pound steel tank on top of the mast when we laid it down so that when we raise up the mast it was hanging from the boom.  My dad didn't know I was on the low side and started raising the mast.  As he raised it the box swung off to the low side and the corner of it caught the back of the shirt.  If I was standing 6 inches back the corner would have taken out my side.

At that point we decided to wait a week for the ground to dry.  When we went back we releveled it, but had about 6 railroad ties pushed into the ground under each hydraulic jack.  We waited 30 minutes for it to settle, but it was still level so we start.  Right before my dad started to drill, again I was on low side, and the low jack slipped off its railroad ties.  The rig started to roll towards me, however the tires dug into the ground and kept it from rolling completely over.  It sat tilted for about 10 seconds before it fell back upright.

I have bungee jumped over the Nile River.

I once heard gunshots from an apartment close to my friend's house, only to find out someone had been shot to death in that apartment at the same time.

My friends and I used to put roadkill on classmates' cars.

I heard some guys chasing a guy down the front porch of my gf's apartment while laying in bed at 5 a.m. during oktoberfest.  Didn't think anything of because she had some roided up, small-town wrestlers who lived a couple of apartments down who were always trying to start crap because they had nothing else going for them.  Found out the next morning they weren't involved, but the 3 chasing guys caught the guy 30 feet from her front door and beat him to death with a baseball bat.  One guy then threatened to kill the other 2 if they told anyone.  Because of this they all got 3 separate trials.  They set up a game of guy 1 blamed guy 2, guy 2 blamed guy 3, and guy 3 blamed guy 1.  None of them got convicted of the murder and the longest anyone spent in jail was 3 years.
