to be fair, it doesn't say anywhere in the article that janitorial services aren't part of the deal.

that'd be really weird.  i mean you get the occasional asbury type who leaves mid-maj., flames out @ a maj., then returns to original mid-maj.

but i can't imagine there's ever been anyone else who was fired at a mid-maj., bumps around as an asst for a decade, then gets rehired at the original mid-maj.

I can't imagine a scenario where we'd let Wooly back in, unless we had just given up at hoops

the kstate equivalent would have been to rehire altman at the time of the huggins or martin hire.

Yeah, kind of a slap to the face of BMW's "Dooley is a well respected coach and will get a good job" talking point.  That being said, I blame his revolting physical appearance more than any coaching ability or lack there of.

Doubtful (based soley on physical appearance and having nothing to do with actual recruiting)

Assuming altman hadn't been to like a million Ncaa tournaments at Creighton or something.

It sounds like this will be a decrease in the prominence of his mug exposure on TV.  I think that will be a loss for all of us, as it really is one of the funniest storylines in MBB this season.  I would have liked to see him land at a big time program, so I could keep track of his hair/ears more easily.

Florida Gulf Coast hired an excellent coach in KU assistant Joe Dooley. Congrats to both sides.

I always prefer to find great old thread titles from the past for these situations rather than starting new ones. And it is true that many of the old threads were started by "the boss of gE", steve dave.

Was going to post about giving tickets to porn starlets like Samantha Ryan, but figured out that was Kurtis Townsend.  I get my genetic anomalies from Lawrence mixed up like that.

It's so weird that you guys pretend like it isn't awesome that a KU assistant gave free tickets to a porn star.  Really bizarre.

I'm not butthurt. We just hold ourselves to a higher standard at K-State. If you want sluts at your games then so be it bro. They don't call them "classy cats" for nothing.
