the first half was so frustrating with wide open guards refusing to shoot, especially irving. jfc, irving, shoot the rough ridin' ball. just because they choose not to guard you doesn't mean you can't hit it.

Meh, Jamar was fine. Like usual at least 2 of his calls were borderline, but Jamar isn't exactly going to get the benefit of the doubt from officials. Still love Jamar though and don't get Jamar hate.

I know. Irving refuses to shoot with more than 15 on the shot clock, I think.

Jamar has had 2 dreadful showing vs Tech. At least he picked those 2 games to not show up all.

Take out those 2 bad perfomances vs Tech............Jamar's numbers since the Bama games are ones i can live with and take going foward

Agreed, his only bad moment was trying to drive 1 on 4. He played pretty well otherwise.

There are no "omfg Jamar is the best KSU men's baller" threads. No #TeamJamar. Nothing of the sort. Nor do I ever see anyone lavishing him with praise. All I ever see is that when people cut Jamar down or talk about how terrible he is, they get corrected.

If will isn't shooting well, he doesn't need to be on the floor. That comparo doesn't work.

When you have people slobbering over Shane and Tay, of course that is going to be met with backlash. That balances out. The good words and the bad words for each on here.

With Jamar it is only someone saying Jamar is terrible horrible shitty sucks blah blah blah, and someone comes back and says that's not true. I love when Jamar plays well, I love when he shows flashes of brilliance. I know I can't expect that from him night in and night out. I just love him for who he is, the way he plays, and his personality. It's up and down and fun. For me at least.

Not really. Jamar gets plenty of criticism.

But over the course of the season and in conference play Jamar has been good (not great) and when he stays out of foul trouble he helps us a lot. Its frustrating when he misses shots. But he's a good rebounder, good defender, decent passer, and plays with a lot of energy. He does much more to help this team than most people realize.
