Had a couple beers with coworkers over a long Friday lunch. Everyone pretty much agreed that not much was happening this afternoon. Cracked a beer as I telecommute for the afternoon, and heading to the promised land in a few hours. Things are just great, AJ!

My midback hurts. its weird. went to the chiropractor and it felt really good for a few hours now the pain is back and worse. I think I'm dying

Yoga, you probably aren't dying.  I would just drink and take some pain meds.  Usually does the trick and can turn your bad day into a fantastic evening.

happened across a bottle at the liq in topeka saturday, turns out to be pretty tasty!  very clean smell/taste.

I am super bad at responding to ppl I don't know well on issues like the death of a relative, etc.  Have no idea how I would handle that one.
