First Illinois Chipotle experience. When I was pointing to which salsas I wanted, Salsagirl got after me and told me to keep my hands below the glass. Was very off-putting. Yin and Yang I guess.

Not sure how big of one to get...or the best place in MHK to get one though. Not sure of any higher $ meat markets in MHK, but I bought a decent shoulder from Dillons one time. I'd check there and/or Hy Vee. T-Y p1k3.I noticed a 6 lb'r at Dillions the other night. Was hoping for something a little bigger maybe. No idea how many that would feed. That would make probably 8 or 9 sandwiches. There is a lot of fat in pork shoulder that will go to waste and of course the bone. So you would really only get 4 pounds of meat or so. That varies from shoulder to shoulder though. They can be very hit or miss. k.Will look for something bigger, or maybe do two of them. Will be using a 18" WSM btw.Oh nice you got the WSM? Make sure you get some pics.
