Also, we can't carry over any days into 2016, so that means in 2015 I will be forced to take about 37 days of vacation. We have a new bean counter CEO and he wants to clear this "liability" from the books. Agree it's bullshit. And it is phased (but no payout option). Also, we accrue as we go along. So, for example I accrue at a rate of 15 days per year, so even if I wanted to I couldn't take a week of vacation before the first third of the year in 2016 (it takes a third of the year to accrue 5 days).
Basically, IMO they released this policy without much thought and they're going to have to make some very obvious changes.
