We lead our conference in free throws attempted. We don't do that because we shoot 3-point shots. Coming down the stretch, we kept throwing it in there, never shot a free throw. Every time we took a deep breath on the other side Iowa State shot free throws.

Still, you've got to buckle down and guard them and we didn't do that.

Then we ran the same play again. It's a one-point game, Rodney curled it into the paint, got hit again, but got treated like he's some inferior kid. Instead of him shooting two free throws to put us up three, he missed the shot and we don't get the rebound.

Frank tried to add in the "but it didn't cost us the game" lines, but I don't think it matters.

And I loved the "but got treated like he's some inferior kid" line.

Seems like several of other coaches were made public last season.  Not recalling specific examples, but seems like I remember hearing about it two or three times.  Could be wrong.
