I like the way this chick sings.  She's only 15.  Powerful voice reminiscent of Fiona Apple with a slight British accent in her singing.  She is British. 

I really like the chorus on this song.

Oh man what about when they used that song at the end of the last episode of Six Feet Under? Oh man.


Also. Saw Florence + The Machine in Houston a few months ago and it was fantastic. Florence was way more animated and run-around'y than she is in TV performances, where it looks like she's trying to turn into a porcelain doll or something.
