Somebody give MIR a ticket. Preferably one where he'll be sitting with a regular adult goEMAW'r and not meeting a high school'r over at Second Mile (MHK) to wheel & deal fake IDs and be stuck next to fannters in the OOD.

But he'll take a student ticket & ID if it comes to it & I'll get the RCPD to arrest Tortuga and let MIR sit there instead, or somewhere in 17.
