The biggest issue I have with title 9 is the bull dykes in charge insist that Football be counted in the scholarship count. If the football scholarship count as it relates to Title 9 were eliminated or at least halved, then it would be much better. As it relates to K-State chick ball, I am all for completely dropping the program and starting a women's soccer and softball program. We could take about $10 million out of the basketball practice facility project, use 1/3 of it to build respectable softball and soccer venues, and then pump the rest into improvements inside the arena portion of Bramlage itself.Make it rain . . . K-State women's hoops is an annual $1.2 to $1.5 million dollar black hole, even when they got the big crowds from the Clay Center gal days, they still lost money hand over fist.

There's a chance dirt could be moving on that project before his 1 year anniversary on the job. That's got damn impressive right there given the $hit sandwich he inherited. My only beef with him right now is all the water he's carrying for Patterson. I hate, hate Title 9. Title 9 has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with Currie giving Patterson that extension. There are programs that actually make a little bit of money off of estroball. Don't blame title 9 for poor AD decisions.

@C_Manbeck: If Frank were to leave by May 14, 2010, Frank would owe KSU $2 million. By 2012, it drops to $1 million, by 2013, drops to $750,000
