Ya, I know. I don't want roids. Can't afford them and I like to drink.

Creatine.

Is the real deal as far as building muscle/strength. I have used in the past and gained lots of strength like immediately.

Mens Health had a short in either the current issue or the one before that discussed the diff creatine delivery methods.  They had some doc saying that one is decidely better than the others.  I don't remember which it was(not caring since I don't use it right now) but I am pretty sure he didn't say anything about some milk stuff.

When I used it, I used the straight chowder in water and a chewable glucose tab(read that glucose speeds the absorption).  I imagine that the new mixes include that now.

Actually, I wasn't messing around when I posted this one.  I saw serious gains over one semester.  I am not saying it is better than roids, as I haven't done that.  Creatine worked v well for me.

Just stop being a pussy and add more weight to the bar than you pumped the last time. :dunno:

or stop being a pussy and just take the roids.

Solid point nuts kicked. I'm afraid I've tried this for 27 years. I'm probably at the peak of my bulkyness and I need a game changer. I might just be a pussy, i need something that will make me less of a pussy asap.

V-Core is what I take post-workout. Really though, just eating a ton of red meat (steak and lean beef, not bacon) all the time while working out 4-5 times a week will do the trick. But to echo Nuts Kicked, make sure to add more weight to your workout every week. Do full body lifts like power clean, dead lift, and overhead press.

If you really need extra help, have somebody spot you and when you struggle, have them put 2 fingers under the bar. You will be able to lift it with them applying maybe 2 pounds of pressure with their fingers. Lifting is mostly mental. I haven't done it regularly for about 10 years now (I do pushups only now), but back when I used to care about bulk and power, this used to help me add weight.
