Washington State: Mike Leach has hired Kansas State director of strength & conditioning Chris Dawson as head strength coach.

West Virginia: Oklahoma has confirmed that Brent Venables has been offered the defensive coordinator position at West Virginia. Stoops is trying to convince Venables to return.

West Virginia: Oklahoma State special teams coordinator / associate head coach / safeties Joe Deforest will be joining the West Virginia staff.

Hmm.....WV seems to be loading up to compete against the B12-11-9-.....

Far from it. You guys were weak and not well conditioned in the games I saw. Lots of fluke injuries (which can be blamed as bad conditioning/technique), and tons of guys with their hands on their thighs, buckled over, out of breath. At no point in any of the games I saw, did the KState team look more conditioned than their opponents, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
