I like it a lot. But it's harder for sure.

Quite honestly, everything is a little more sluggish. Pace is not as much of a factor anymore. Passing and build-up play are a lot more important.

If you are doing offline, you might have to drop down a difficulty level or so. The AI is a lot better now. Career mode got a bit of an overhaul with scouting.

I enjoy it overall.

I really liked the last assassin's creed (the only one I've played) but the missions where you had to captain the ship were my least favorite, so it doesn't bode well for black flag.

Why don't generals grab a machine gun and go to the front lines? Because they are better than everyone else and worth more doing other things like not getting killed and unleashing hell from above.
