i'm thinking about skipping BF3 and going with Uncharted 3 instead. the BF3 demo really turned me off to the game.

Same here, I didn't really like the way it played. I've never played any of the uncharted games, and I don't see me really getting into that series. Skyrim and MW:3 will tide me over this winter.
