Drove to salina for NCAA football 11, Its pretty badass imo ( if your comparing it to 10, 09, etc.) Arthur Brown is on the game. He is 84 overall. But you cant use him your first year due to transfer rules!!! Huge improvement.

are there any good ncaa basketball games out there? i want to rape and pillage the big 12 and run rampant through the big dance with my emaw cats, but it seems most years they have mostly sucked? any help?

The last good NCAA hoops game is College hoops 2k8. You can download this past years rosters off ea locker. Graphics not as good as the new EA game, but the gameplay is 100x better. Also, 2k has stopped making college hoops games, and ea this year announced that they will no longer be making theirs, either.

EA Sports is starting a new NBA franchise in NBA Elite,, which includes an all new game engine and new everything. Should be pretty rough ridin' badass IMO.

So it only makes since they change the NCAA Basketball game engine right?

Gameplay for NCAA Basketball has just been horiffic. Hopefully they jump on that and change it soon.

that sucks. do they really sell that bad? i wonder if 2k will jump on the opportunity to make one again since they would basically have no competition. it's nuts that nobody can make a good college basketball game.

side note on sports games: i have a bunch of them because they are fun to play with buddies and i love sports, but maybe about 2 years ago or so it was like i suddenly started realizing how much almost all sports games piss me off. NCAA football is probably the worst. seriously, most of its game play is just Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!). i haven't played the new one yet so i'm still holding out a little hope.

FIFA is the only sports game i've ever played were i've thought "right on, this is how it should feel". it's by far my favorite sports game and i'm not even a huge soccer fan. fight night games are pretty sweet too.

i haven't bought a new sports game besides FIFA since that revelation a couple years back, but i might get that NBA Elite when it comes out if it looks promising just because i haven't got a new b-ball game in forever. or maybe i'll just go get 2k10.

The biggest waste of money I ever made was on EA Spots March Madness '10. Just awful. Unplayable.

March Madness '03 (I think) was one of the best sports games I've ever played. It is incomprehensible how they screwed it up.

I never dug the march madness games. I always liked the 2k series for college ball. That said, I think most basketball video games that aren't nba jam end up sucking ass.

So EA is apparently not going to be allowing people on PS3 to download the new NBA Jam unless they buy the new NBA Elite game which will come with a code to download Jam on the PS3.

So EA is losing my $10.
