Even I'm depressed today. I hate losing games that were winnable games. And having 2 games in a row where two things that you should control fairly well (taking care of the ball and defensive effort) were major contributors in each loss.

I mean, I didnt actually expect us to win the conference this year (or really any other year), I'd just like it to still be a possibility at the end of January. The slow conference starts just kill so much enthusiasm. It's just hard to care much about playing for fourth place and a six seed.

this is one of those rollercoaster of expectations seasons.  I'd fistpump my ass off for a ncaa birth, knowing that NIT is much more likely.
