Author Topic: Depressed about KSU basketball (Read 15325 times)

I knew that going into this three game stretch that it would be tough, and I remember telling myself that even 1 win would be decent.

However, that Baylor game took it out of me.

Is anyone else having trouble rebounding emotionally from that game? I sure am. I mean, we have two games over the next month that I really could give two shits about (the CTR's). I really hate this schedule.

Yes. Watching them talk about the game on ESPN reminded me how much it sucked that we lost that game. I don't give a crap that we played them close.

I am having trouble moving on. Mainly because I* could see us losing @ OU this weekend :(

We are going to destroy OU now that Cade Davis (one of the top 5 players in Phillips 66 history) is gone.

After Saturday, we won't even remember the pain of 73-75.

We should all be conscious of how much of ourselves we emotionally invest in K-State sports. If we don't keep things in perspective, it's important that we recognize that as a fault. I've certainly been guilty of this.

When we win the national championship in something other than crop judging, I will get to fully enjoy it, and you will be wondering why you didn't emotionally invest yourself.
