So the SEC champion lost to someone in their own division after winning the championship. What does that say about LSU? WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THE REST OF THE CONFERENCE???

It says every SEC team with the exception of Ole Miss would whip your asses.

This ain't no joke son.  Facts are a bitch, but here they are.

1. Since Texas was the last non-SEC team to win a national championship, the SEC can complete an entire first string of first-team All-Americans — with at least one player at every position from Arkansas running back Darren McFadden to current LSU punter Brad Wing

2. Since 2006, six SEC defensive linemen, eight linebackers and 14 defensive backs have graced All-America first-team lists.

3. The SEC had 283 players on NFL rosters this season, including 10 first-round draft picks this past April.

4. The Big 12 placed five players on the Football Writers Association of America first team. None played on defense.

5. The top four defenses and five of the stingiest nine all reside in the SEC.

So Big 12 go get some players and get physical, if you want to run with the SEC.

You just proved there is no offense in the SEC.

You are right.  The SEC is the biggest joke of a conference ever.  Although, the prizes for being the best joker in this conference is national title trophies.   Too bad you guys aren't funny at all.

SEC a joke??  Compared to what??  The Big whatever which had to beg TCU to come back.  In a few years with this collection of weak sisters implodes Texas and OK will be off to a BCS conference and KSU will be off to the Sunbelt or some such.

Nothing to get.  The SEC is a joke conference.  The Hogs will end the season as the best joker next year and their prize is just that thing.  What's it called.  Oh yeah, the national title.  It's ok though.  I'm sure we'll be telling all kinds of jokes about teams from your conference.  Hopefully one of the weak12 can qualify so that we again can match up conferences.  See who the best comedian is.   I would say, hope to see ksu there, but I know that that would be going to far with the comedy and you guys just aren't that funny.  Oh well................................  Always next seasonnnnnnnnnnnn  etc..etc..
