I have a huge issue w/ the people who have made assumptions about the entire state of Arkansas(calling the residents: dumb, homophobic, racist, inbred, etc.)
3 out of 4 have been proven true time and time again here. Still waiting for confirmation on the inbreeding.

As far as the picture that was posted of me: it's in no way attached to the email I signed up with. To find that someone would have had to have other information that WAS not public on this sight (again unethical and immoral because I suspect the Mods were either active or implicit in providing that information. My ISP was posted for everyone to see. I was threatened--unethical, immoral and potentially illegal--at least in this state)

You're the mod--you have better abilities to find those posts. But I know the picture is in the "Does playing Arkansas hurt our program" thread. I'd have to hunt for the ISP. I'd have to hunt for the threats. If I chose to do so (and because I've a fairly good grasp of my state laws) I could have filed charges. And I advised as such (thus one of the posts was removed because it was over the line).
Furthermore--I am in no way dumb. Passionate in my opinions? You bet. Calling someone "dumb" only enforces my opinion that the Mods here are a sad, sad lot. I have the opinion that some of ya'll are probably sitting in your skivvies in your mommy's basement, swilling Red Bull and eating Twizzlers. You "moderate" this board because it gives you a sense of power and authority--when really you have none. And some of you certainly don't have ethics, morals or a sense of "doing the right thing"

the poster kstater posted my IP. Didn't see other IP's posted...and, again yep, that was a picture of me--it was not associated with the email I signed up w/ on here. So!, someone had to put a bit of work in that post. The only way to find that is to know my last name, or to know another email addy of mine. OBSSESSED. And yeah, wigged me out a bit--to think a complete stranger would be that angry and obsessive.
Oh and mindspirits cats & limestone: yep, you can threaten to sue or to file charges. Now if I file charges falsely it's a different story. If I sue for no reason--I could be on the hook for monetary damages I caused the person/entity I sued.
