Rodney and his Oop ability.
« on: January 07, 2012, 06:07:24 PM »
 :ksu:

We need to see more of these.  It seems like whenever we play in AFH, someone throws an oop, we call a timeout, the crowd goes buckwild, and we get scared.

Today's oop --> Sandstorm combo was just awe inspiring.  Fantastic,

Wish the WVU game could have ended with the last Sandstorm.

My EMAW was basically pegged during Sandstorm today.

So is Rodney out of his funk? Or was he just an unguardable match up for whatever guard MU put on him?

IDK but that dribble drive he had in the second half where he went left right left and then center was rough ridin' awesome.  Should have been 5 seconds but it was still sweet.

No crap. Maybe he hasn't had alley oops, but he's shown huge explosiveness from day one.

To be fair Rodney looked more surprised than anyone after it happened.

it's kinda surprised me.  not just one, but he's had like 3 or 4 now, no?  the timings pretty hard for a short player, no matter how well he jumps.

I more impressed with his ability to create off the dribble.  He worked Kim a few times.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

LOL.

Is he trying to be intimidating or is he really scared?

Poor guy obviously didn't realize how high up he was until he looked down. Simply adorable.  :D

shanes lack of lower leg/ankle girth continues to amaze me.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I think they call that "sinewy strength"where there is little bulk but still strength.  Alphonso Soriano is also supposed to have this.
