The blood is on the hands of the parents.  A 15 year old 8th grader ( ) brings a gun to school, picks a fight with a random student and threatens him with a gun, then refuses to drop the weapon after the police told him to.  I think people have a tendency to consciously or subconsciously give a pass to the parents because they feel so bad that they lost a child.  eff that.  This is on them.  Raise your rough ridin' kids right and they won't get shot by police.  Pretty simple.
