From what I read since it was under appeal he will not be listed as "convicted" and the murdered dudes case all though closed will have no real conclusion.

Not only will he not be listed as "convicted" his actual conviction will be voided, which will no doubt have (positive) consequences for his estate and family's earnings on his story

Oh I've read that before. I don't know. Maybe it was his way of saying he was at peace and believed he had been forgiven. That his mortal life had been fulfilled with the court cases being closed and was ready to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Though suicide is a sin (in all christian sects?). Perhaps he had prayed on it and and felt the presence of God.

That's all the spaghetti I can throw against this wall.

Tabloid bullshit. I don't think having a prison lover has anything to do with your sexuality. It's about love, affection, and feeding a primal urge to ejaculate.
