Stupid question, and I apologize for being full-Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) on this one....

But is Malik the little brother of Mike? I thought they mentioned his last name was Smith, not Beasley.

Sorry again, fellas.

Marcus Sheffield
http://kansasstate.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1604550

From Eric Bossi

Once his junior season of high school basketball ends, Sheffield hopes to make a trip to Big 12 country.

"I'm going to try to take some visits after the season ends. I don't have any planned right now, but I'll probably go to Kansas State on an official visit. I think more about all that after the season though," Sheffield said.

oscar Weber and his staff were one of the first to offer Sheffield last summer and have been in constant contact ever since.

"Kansas State was one of the first schools to offer last summer," Sheffield said. "They came down recently to see me. I like them a lot. I haven't seen their campus yet though."

Quote
Kansas State was one of the first programs to offer Chattahoochee (Ga.) small forward Marcus Sheffield last summer just before his recruitment went to the next level and it looks like the pursuit is heating up even more. As a matter of fact, it appears the four-star prospect is one of the Wildcats' top targets to fill the final scholarship for their 2015 class.

Just how serious is K-State about Sheffield, the No. 87 ranked player in the class? Coach oscar Weber, who is the main recruiter alongside associate head coach Chris Lowery, was in Georgia last week for a visit and the two parties have been in solid contact since.

"It was a good visit," the 6-foot-5, 180-pound wing said. "I like talking to him. I had a good time… They talk to me about how things are going, how their season went, their style of play and stuff like that."

In addition to K-State, Sheffield has listed offers from Clemson, Florida State, Maryland, North Florida, Samford and Xavier and has received reported interest from the likes of Georgia, VCU and Texas A&M. And as it stands, K-State is in good standing with the versatile prospect.

"I don't have a favorite yet, but they'd be at the top. I like them a lot," he said and also admitting he watched several games of the Wildcats this season. "I think they're a good team. They share the ball really well and they get up and run the floor a lot."

Weber's style of play is definitely appealing to Sheffield, one of the premier scorers in state of Georgia who plays AAU with Game Elite, as he goes through the process. As a junior, Sheffield averaged nearly 28 points and 10 rebounds for Chattahoochee this past season.

"My junior season went well. I played well," the Alpharetta native said. "This year I had to be more of a leader so I think I improved on that and also just on my overall game… I've improved my shooting more, my dribbling and ball-handling and I've been getting stronger also."

Sheffield is taking things day-by-day and is starting to break down each program to see what he likes. But one thing is for certain: K-State will still be in the hunt for his services.

"I like it a lot," Sheffield said of recruiting. "It's a fun process and I'm trying to enjoy it."

I think we can hang with the schools currently recruiting him.  I think the big dog schools may snatch him away later once top recruits start committing tho.

C.J. Williamson is a combo PG/SF that is currently a K-State lean on 24/7 none of the big services have scouted him yet.

http://247sports.com/Player/CJ-Williamson-31121

Here is a scouting report I found:

Quote
6’7 2015 Courtney Williamson of E1T1 and Evans HS in Orlando, FL
Williams is a long and athletic wing that can really defend. He plays with a high motor and is in attack mode the entire game. Williamson’s strongest attribute is getting to the rim. He is quick off the bounce and finishes at a high percentage and doesn’t mind punishing the rim at times. We would have liked to see him knock down some midrange jumpers but he was simply to effective jumping over everyone on the interior. Williamson should become a high priority of regional mid major programs.

I recommend going back and only looking at the other teams reactions.  Specifically at the 0:23, 1:01 and the 1:06 mark.  That's pretty much the reactions I would have all game if I had to play against a giant like that.
"Ever heard of that one, Stan?"
