This may be the old guy in me talking, but NYE is total rough ridin' amateur hour no matter where you go.  You get all the respects and weirdos that only go out a couple times a year and don't know how to handle themselves.  Then you get the douchers that go out every night and need to show off because it's packed everywhere and they have new people to show off to.
