I like a good rub on the Boston Butt, before it goes in the smoker. If it is cooked right no sauce is needed. Don't care if your from Kansas or Arkansas that is the truth

Craig's BBQ in Devalls Bluff, Arkansas---tops all BBQ Arkansas or Kansas City on this list.

That said, a trip to Craig's will reinforce every stereotype about Arkansas you may have (Arkansas native or Kansas native).

So, give it a try. You'll have great BBQ and even more ammo to bring here against us on the forum.

Arkansas BBQ is terrible.

lived here for almost three years and still can't find any that's worth eating.
was craving some recently so we went to famous dave's.
