Apparently, Petrino only interviewed 3 people, out of over 100+ applicants, and chose this chick for the job....And, gave her $20K.

I would have have mumped him, but i would not have ridden on that Harley with him.  NOT SAFE!

Wait, do you mean he gave her a job and $20K on top of that or do you mean he gave her a job that only paid $20K?

I am under the impression that the 20k was either a signing bonus or paid directly by petrino....

The $20k is undoubtedly a full-time salary... I mean it's rough ridin' Arkansas. They are so poor she was probably really excited to be making almost $10 an hour.
:adios:

$20 k would put her in the top 1% of pigaggie alums.

Charlie would owe KU a fortune if he left before this season even started, wouldn't he? This could just be the hire that gets their athletic department back on the right track.

I cannot believe the reaction of people to the Bobby Petrino situation. First of all, I'm not surprised that Something happened at Arkansas, there is generally one big f up in the SEC in the offseason every year. Bobby decided it was his turn. I am NOT surprised AT ALL that he did this. He left ATL disgracefully to say the least and he is a huge bag of shhh. I feel for his family and for that fan base.

I don't think anybody is too surprised that he did this.  I think its unexpected, but nobody is shocked.
