To answer the question asked in the original post, yes, playing Arkansas hurt the image of your program and your conference. A beat down like K-State received Friday can never help your image. The Hogs had a more difficult time beating teams like Vandy and Ole Miss, and the 29-16 score looks closer than the game actually was. Apparently, a middle of the pack SEC defense was stifling to the likes of K-State. I guess you guys shouldn't feel too bad. The only teams that can beat good SEC teams are other SEC teams. I guess that's why the Hogs' only losses are to the teams playing for the national championship. Stick to the BIG 12 (or whatever it is). At least there, you can be one of the better programs. As it is, you lost to a team that has been a regular in the post-season top 20 rankings since the 1930's. Congrats on a great season (for a BIG 12 program). Maybe now you dumb asses won't be so delusional about the quality of your program.

Sorry to report that Maw Maw Blasingame just past... I think she said her peace and moved on to heaven. Her nurses loved her so much. They were crying tears of joy that she past so peacefully.. I just got up to go to the bathroom and she was in heaven when I got back.. Can y'all pass the news to Jack for me?

Arkansas State just got demoted to below Kansas State with that transfer. I hope he has to sit out a year, if not he is gonna wreck that program in record time...
