So are you acting like K-State didn't get beat by Arkansas in the 2012 bowl game? I understand the Arkansas team had some silly loses like Toledo and Texas Tech at home. But down the line you see them play good football. With 4 seniors left to the NFL last year and the Mackey Award going to the best tight end in the nation Hunter Henry of Arkansas, when was the last time Kansas State having any national attention in their football program? And looking at ESPN, K-State isn't only expected to lose but get stomped. :flush:. People run right through your defensive line like peewee football, and pass defense, I'll leave it at that..

But playing Arkansas won't hurt your image because what I've seen the image that everyone of K-state perceives isn't really there. I know how it is to be a fan but reality is reality.. I don't really get the hillbilly gestures about Arkansas I mean you know you aren't much different than they are down there. You got rednecks if I ever seen one in Kansas.. farmers? you got them.. Your population is the same or a little less than Arkansas is. I mean all the offensive stuff you say behind your computer screen or phone is ridiculous. What will bad is you waste all this time and Arkansas beats them again the second time in 4 years. I understand Arkansas had a rough several years, especially since the departure of Bobby Petrino and the no go John Smith who didn't coach just collected a pay check to help pay of loans.. Bret Belima had to change the whole football program around afterwards and they aren't perfect but they have been showing a lot of improvement. Coach Bret Belima had to say a lot of good toward LHC Bill Snyder... I just don't understand all the hate here, you guys must live in a cave.. But anyways good luck on January 2nd.. hope the best for you guys.

Ohhhh. I bet you did...

The Cotton Bowl was exciting. We didn't know we would win. Thanks for kicking it to Joe Adams, by the way. This bowl, not so exciting. We know your ass is kicked before we kick it. Just showing up to support the Hogs. Can't we all get along?

He didn't win a championship, but he was hell on crap teams (yours included) and for that, we are proud of him.

What's it like to play in a Power 5 conference with no championship game?

That was really something, I guess. Probably wouldn't make top-five of Cats' punt/kick returns, tho. How come I never heard of this guy? Is he doing things in the bigs or was this just the result of shitty SEC special team play?

Oh, a game Lockett couldn't play in. Probably would have ran about three of these in on shitty SEC special teams.

I'll give Arkansas fans one thing, they certainly care way, way more than our fans.  They're like the beer league softball guy who wears baseball pants and slides head first.  Kinda cool how into the game they are, but also very weird considering it's just a meaningless exhibition.

I honestly don't even know what date the bowl game is on. I would have to buy a 2016 calendar, find a purple marker, Google the date, and then highlight and circle the date. Too much effort for a game I might not even watch.
