ESPN does a ranking of the most prestigious college football programs every decade. In 2009, the most recent ranking, Arkansas was ranked at #19. Kansas St. came in at #76. Some of the programs that are listed ahead of Kansas State are: KANSAS, Bowling Green, Fresno State, Duke, and Syracuse, just to name a few. It is comical to me that the fans of Kansas State are badmouthing the Arkansas program, as if they are superior. That is completely false. Arkansas trumps Kansas State in any statistical category. Granted, the series lead is in favor of Kansas State at 3-2; however, the last game played, until today's match, was in the 60's. That record is completely irrelevant. If anything, it helped Kansas State's reputation by playing the Razorbacks. Consider yourselves lucky you play in the Big 12 where you can compete for a third/fourth place finish. You would be a sixth/seventh place team TOPS year in and year out in the SEC.
