Once I was flying to Miami and I think I may have passed over Arkansas. Not sure. I mean it looked like a bunch of Wal-Marts, but I can't say for sure. 10,000 feet was close enough.
Did it stink like sulfur? That was likely Arkansas. I have flown over it too. Closed air vent and ordered another drink.
I felt a little nausea, which is unusual as I am a frequent flier. I was able to catch a stewardess' eye and have her bring a hot towel and scotch. I hadn't really given it much thought until just now with all this talk, but my God Dallas will be a most unfortunate experience for many Wildcats. I don't know if we're ready to really see their 1%.
As many of you know, goEMAW's philanthropy was recently recognized as the most outstanding in all of Wichita by Big Brothers/Big Sisters. However, we are in the earliest stages of putting together a charity for Arkansas. We loaned them our State's name, and I think we should feel a certain sympathy for their hardships. Their lives of squalor can certainly be improved through generosity.
We will be posting a link once we've made the necessary arrangements.
