Pete, I don't think that is a flood pic.  I think it was some sort of neighborhood laundry get together.  I mean, look at all the crap they've got hung up to dry.  Maybe they should all go together and buy a dryer for the neighborhood.  Might have to wait for electrification before they can use it, but it will give them hope.
