Harper, Thompson, S Smith, Sexton. Those guys have played pretty well since Lockett went out. Plus T Miller got snaps last week but no throws at him, I think he'll be pretty good too.

Would be really nice to have Lockett and B Smith though.

We can still bring him back at our discretion.

Any WR's in the pipeline who enjoy crushing and PI'ing opposing players a la Harper / Brod? Would take.

Thompson is a significant loss, Miller a little bit.

Sexton is pretty decent. Klein has gotten meaningful snaps and can replace what Miller does. The key will be finding a JUCO (perhaps) and younger guys (like Burton, etc) to step up.

Its not unreasonable to think we'll still be pretty good at WR. JMHO.

sexton has always been consistent and will probably be our #2 target.

other than that, we have a bunch of young kids that we don't really know anything about. burton, west, jones, vaughn and klein bro.

juco WR is a definite need.

The key will be finding another vertical threat to replace Thompson. Besides Lockett being a really good player, a key for him getting open so much is teams have to respect Thompson vertically as a legit threat. I'm not sure that's the case with our other top receivers (Sexton, Miller, Klein) right now.

Are we assuming he goes to the draft?  He's a Jr this yr.   :dunno:

Also, avoiding injuries is the only thing TLBL doesn't completely rule at when playing the game of football.

alright ill do this as well as i can. for next year we will have:

#1 tlbl-stud
#2 LeAndrew Gordon-same size and speed as triple t so thats why i have him on the other side of tlbl

#3 deandre burton/curry sexton-burton is pretty hyped and has the size we need for a possession receiver sexton is proven as a #3
#4 kyle klein-pretty good hands but is slow as crap and could be moved to tight end with his frame

#5 stanton webber-i just wanted to smile at that one

honestly we need a good juco to come in and play right away but we should be okay at receiver next year. im more worried about RB if warmack redshirts

Do we have an RB redshirting or grey shirting this year?  If not, yeah.  That would be tough.

yes we are very green at RB but the starter right now looks like it would be robinson. i really wish bill would have let known stud scout team RB leverett play some snaps this year just to have some experience. we desperately need a juco Rb but i cant really find any that we are recruiting that havent already committed

This makes the Sams v Waters thing even more puzzling.
