KSU decal etc. on car
« on: March 03, 2010, 10:29:47 AM »
Is it cool or not cool to have a KSU decal or a license plate frame on your vehicle?  Multiple decals or decal plus license plate is definitely not cool, but assuming it's not cheesy like most KSU gear( :katpak:), is a single KSU emblem cool?

Just got a new vehicle and don't have anything on it.  Considering this (would probably cut off the powercats):

Just got a new car and I have a KSU Alumni frame for the license plate.  I plan on buying a front KSU license plate when I'm in Manhattan for Fake Patty's.  (Love rockin' the plates around KC)

I don't do window stickers.

Also like to add:

On my old car I had a license plate frame, and full plate in front.  I also had a KSU steering wheel cover, and a little powercat sticker in the middle of my license plate.

plain white, relatively small powercat on the back window.   and, a silver and black powercat license plate for the front.

elite. none of this "hey look at me!" bullshat with colors and everything, just straight and to the point emaw. basically says back the shazbot! off to anyone but emaw.

I just go with a very classy metallic powercat that is underneath the "chevrolet" on the back of my car.

My new car didn't come with the holes ready to go for a front plate, but _FAN, if you find a manufacturer to start making pak head license plates, I will be taking a drill to my front bumper immediately.

Right...

I think MU fans are filled with envy because they have to have their shitty state's license plate on the front and the back.  (Easier to catch criminals/meth heads/etc)

Houston, silver Audi.

Just a power cat doesn't work--several high schools in the area use the same logo.

If you are an Alum, get a Kansas State Alumni frame for your back plate.  These seem to point out to me in big cities more than front full plates do.  That way they can see "Kansas State" and not just a powercat.

Doesn't Texas have to have license plates on front and back?

No offense, but that is the uggliest f'ing plate I've ever seen.  The mirror stuff is really bad, imo.  I'd rather put the golf club cover on my antenna. To answer 'NKilt, TX has front and back plates, anyway.

Leaning toward this now:

Claxton, I approve that frame.  Looks nice, and is one of your few options when you have license plates on both front and backside of the vehicle.

I drive a dark brown, 88 Cavalier 2-door.  I have the windows darkened.  It's not a Z24, but I found some Z24 wheels and had them put on with some low profile tires.

I have "Midnight Player" written in eight inch pink letters across the visor portion of my windshield, and have a huge JL audio sticker across the back.....no room for any Shocker, let alone Wildcat stickers.

I have seen you before.  You seem very cool.  Every time I see you, you have good looking ho in the passenger seat.  Could you help me come up with an advertisement for my windshield?  If it helps, I am very fit.  I used to be a cliff diver and a violinist in a Mariachi band.  I am Mexican but I look Iranian.  I also have a very long but skinny d*&k.

I don't speak the Mexican, so I will have to suggest something in Non-Mexican.

I've got alumni willie on my rear window and the K-State educational tag.  Like the alumni Willie because you don't see too many of those on cars.

Threw a "Skateboarding Is Not a Crime" bumper sticker on my mom's car, now I'm grounded yet again so no, I don't think I will until I can get a job and buy my own car.

When I get my new truck I move my KSU Alumni license plate border over to it, add a black PC/silver backing front plate, and a big white powercat decal to the rear window.   Contemplating getting the KSU license throug the alumni assocatian as well.  Can't ever go to EMAW on the car. Ever.

:dunno:

Was thinking more like the pak head full head centered on the plate, but if that's disproportional and leaves too much open space, I could go for the goEMAW.com pak head eyes design like on the shirts.

Of course, now that I think of this, maybe I'll just take the car to a good body paint place and have them paint the whole front and hood with the pak head so the eyes are staring down whoever's in front of me.
