instead of charging by view, i've now subscribed each of you to my you tube channel at a cost of $10 a month, unlimited viewing, minimum 12 month commitment.  $150 early term fee.

i read this thread before i watched the video. i then stopped the video three seconds before it was completed and feel like i do not owe you ten dollars for a few viewing. in fact i rewached the first 97% of it a few more times. anyway, i'm not paying you anything since i technically didn't watch it (all of it) and i advise everybody else to do the same. the fact that he would make this is and then retroactively charge people is nothing short of a joke.

ya well rick daris, since you clicked on my you tube page you have agreed to the terms and conditions on it.  sorry but if you don't want to pay up that's fine but i will have to extract the money out of you using alternative methods of extraction.  you probably right now are reconsidering and if that's the case which i'm sure it is then go ahead and shoot me a pm with your billing information and i'll go ahead and delete this little glitch from my invoice memory banks because that, quite honestly, is probably best for everyone involved.  now, if you really want to force the issue, well, good luck.  expect problems.  lots of problems.

I kept my viewing receipt(immediately received as soon as I clicked play thanks to receiptbot2000 I installed on my computer).  Given that, I am applying for a full refund since there were no tight spirals shown, and the vid clearly marketed itself as involving tight spirals.  For this reason, I feel like I was a victim of deceiving marketing and possibly an unlawful bait-and-switch scam. 

I am thinking of calling the state atty gen and reporting this scam. 

Just refund the money and we can forget about the whole thing.

Dude!!!! The last 2.5 seconds was the best part. A very strong David Lynch feel to it IMO.
