Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I would assume as long as KU is still having students enroll that need a place to rent, he will be fine.  Not hire-the-next-recruit's-mom-for-a-$100k-salary-reception-job, but still fine.

I wonder how his developments in Junction City are doing, and if the tax holiday on those have ended yet?  I bet he didn't set any money aside to pay that--real painful if occupancy rate is down.

His involvement in Junction City is pretty limited from an actual ownership standpoint, he gets his money from collecting management fees for doing absolutely nothing.

Also amusing that First Management has contracts for several apartment complexes in Manhattan.

Did Compton quit hiring and giving players parents "jobs"?

The rats tend to scurry when the Feds roll into town.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

From that thread:

Quote from: some Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!)
How's this for sour grapes. Nobody's going to give a chit because everybody across the country will be in bed when Arizona is playing. Maybe Tarc didn't want to be seen on TV. If that's the case he's a smart young man.

Seriously. Are they on any big monday's? If they are, when do they start? Something like 11:00 eastern time? This is why I wanted no part of the Pac 12 in all the conference realignment. If you ask anybody east of the Mississippi River, or hell east of the Colorado/Kansas border who Arizona lost to their first game, nobody(well hardly anybody) would know they even played. So with that so called embarrasing loss, they have that going for them I guess.

Having said all of that, I think Sean Miller and Scott Drew are both good coaches. Drew is a little less than a POS however. But if it's our POS and our team has never done anything before, we'd love him.

Arizona players have really struggled to get noticed.  He gets west coast eyes, a hot coach and a program that just put a guy in the top 2.  All while playing in Tucson

No West Coast team has ever been able to overcome the time zone barrier dead zone to have sustained success on the national level -- much less match the sqwawks' proud history. Never, ever, ever. Pretty much the 1st commandment of college basketball.
