He can kind of throw the ball within the offense. When throwing the ball is the offense, we're mumped.
Still holds the ball too long before throwing it away or taking off. Teachable moment?

I guess this could easily have been expected. He's never been put into this position.  The OSU game is going to suck.

How is OSU's defense compared to OU's?

Klein would be about the 25th player I'd complain about after this one, but yes he second half was pretty bad.

Don't blame CK, he's been great this year.   Blame this staff for being utterly incompetent in terms of recruiting QB's.

In these types of games I've seen this Dimel/Snyder/Miller movie too many times.

Plus Stoops just played the old Snyder wind/field position game in the 2nd half perfectly, and once again our defense was out there flailing around trying to catch superior athletes and our LB's couldn't get off of blocks to save their lives.

Dax, did you have money on this game?

K-State is what it is.  A solid football team, nothing more nothing else.

I'm just trying to figure out why you are melting down, now.

Seriously, I agree with your every word in regards to recruiting, I'm trying to figure out why you are melting down losing to much more talented Oklahoma team, coached by a better coaching staff.

I can understand Dax getting a bit upset, the final 30 minutes were an embarrassment.

YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN rough ridin' QUESTION BRO! We could've hired a better coach and we didn't; we still can and we WON'T!!! This is what kills me!!! Leach is out there and there are young OCs and DCs too - but we stick with BUSCH MOTHERFUCKING LEAGUE!!! The meltdown is because we want to be better than mediocre and as long as OBz is wandering around babbling about rough ridin' PINNOCHIO - WERE mumped IN THE ASS!!!

no QB has success w/o an actual pocket from which to pass.

Well when they can rush 4-5 and get to him in 2 seconds then he's not going to have anywhere to throw the ball anyway. Though he did look like last years version of CK in the pocket. 7 sacks isn't all on the O-Line. It's him and coaches too

Pretty easy for a defense to get tons of sacks when they don't have to respect our awful passing game.  They could consistently bring more guys than we can block or overload a particular gap and it was impossible for us to make them pay for it.  We weren't even running "oh crap" hot routes when OU was blitzing like crazy.  It was a combination of the o-line playing poorly, OU sending more guys than we could pick up and Klein being a one-dimensional QB with zero pocket presence.

The perfect storm.
