why the Big XII >> Big yEast Infection

per the Big 12 itself..
http://www.big12sports.com/fls/10410/pdfs/mbasketball/Big_12_MBB_Update.pdf

The Big 12 has six teams in the top 25 and seven in the top 40 of the latest RPI.
Both totals are the most of any conference. The Big 12 is ranked as the No. 112 itself
conference in both the RPI and Sagarin Ratings.

The Big 12 is 142-31 (.821) in non-conference play in 2009-10, including 8-6
versus Associated Press top 25 opponents. The .821 winning percentage is the
best in the nation.

The Big 12 has seven teams with 20 wins or more - the most of any conference
in the nation. The Big 12 was the first league this season to have every team
post a double-digit victory total.

The Big 12 is 163-29 (.849) at home this season, the best home record of any
conference in the nation. In non-conference play, the league is 106-1. The best
overall Big 12 home record prior to this year was in 2002-03 (152-36, .809) - a
campaign that saw two league squads reach the Final Four.

The Big 12 has seven teams with winning percentages of .714 or better, the
most of any conference. Ten squads have records at .500 or better.

The 141 non-conference wins by the Big 12 is a league record for the most in
regular-season play. The non-conference winning percentage (.821) would
also be a Big 12 record.

At least four league teams have been ranked in the top 25 each of the past 12
weeks. Seven different conference squads have been in the top 25 at some
point this year - the most in one season in Big 12 history.

The Big 12 has a .500 or better record against 27 of the 29 conferences it has
faced in non-league play this season.

Four Big 12 teams were rated in the top 11 nationally in scoring in the latest
NCAA rankings - more than any other conference.

last week when keitzman was talking up his latest Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) theory: "c'mon, the big 12?  really?  how's ku keep winning if it's really any good?", i finally understood all the ku and ksutards that constantly bitch about him but listen uncontrollably.

maybe he is doing something right.

His goal is listeners, not intelligent discussion.
