Kid next to him is Spradling's little brother wearing a futuristic shirt stating the best thing about Will Spradling's career at KSU.

I'm somewhat of a connoisseur of Gary Patterson tweets and I think he meant that it was a beautiful picture of somewhere he would like to retire and he was going to share it with everyone like he does with the multiple beautiful pics he sees on twitter each day.
