While his humor is overrated, I will give him credit for not acting like a humorless android programmed to act like he's got a permanent stick up his ass. I cannot stand that sports coaches act like they're military generals always in the middle of battle. These dudes coach a game and it's some kind of weakness to be happy and think about things that non coaches think about.
Even Snyder had his moments of humanity, whether it was the Pinocchio stuff or the chocolate chip cookies. Normalize coaches removing the sticks out of their asses.
