Except, with Cook in at quarterback the talent of our other receivers is elevated. I'd take that over Hubener trying to force passes to Cook all game.

He announced he was leaving before, i think it was late summer, he changed his mind and came for the fall semester.

Not really. The Grizzlies were in a similar situation as the Thunder were with their arena but instead of renovating to accommodate for modern NBA needs the city just decided to build a new building. The Grizzlies had an agreement with the city of Memphis that the pyramid couldn't be used without their permission so that ended the life of the pyramid as a sports venue just 13 years after it opened.

The cost to update the Pyramid to fit the NBA team would've reportedly cost nearly as much as the new arena did. Made sense to just build a new one for that. But shows how poor of planning the arena was to begin with.

Pyramids seem like horribly inefficient uses of space for things like arenas or hotel casinos.
