Hey guys? Im looking for a partner to go walking with in the evenings. I've been staying between 280 to 290lbs and football practice isn't enough exercise. I know I need to go on a diet but my problem is I need the protein to cure my worn out muscles. I just don't know how much protein is enough. So whoever has time in the evening or maybe in the morning to take a walk let me know. A bit of a warning though. Ladies, I am not interested in anything sexual afterwards. Seriously I can't stress that enough. Lol but I am ready for anything, d1 baby.

Like, you live in Garden City, KS and your only obligation is taking part-time junior college summer school classes. How hard is to stay in shape? If nothing else, just to stave off the boredom?

He is just trolling, right?  I mean, that picture is definitely photo-shopped.....the head doesn't match the body.  And the "walks in the evening"?  Surely a joke, right?  Right?? This all pretty funny, but guys do get out of shape and back into shape pretty quickly pretty commonly. If anything, the unflinching confidence displayed by putting that picture on the internet could be a positive.
