Aside from this Saturday and Iowa State...

everything else is just gravy. 

I think a large segment of us that for OB to be successful or at least make this 2nd go around worthwhile he needed to start beating teams like Baylor, Mizzou, Tech, and OSU.  OSU, in Stillwater, may be a bit much this year but demons are on the treadmill getting exercised.

Agreed.

We need to take recruits from the teams on that list.  I want to see some "other offers" listing Baylor, TCU, and Missouri.

If we go Cotton Bowling, I think you'll see some of this in December.

 A&M game is more important than the ku game in terms of having to beat the team leaving the conference, and that crushed our dream in '98.

Guys, It's looking like 8 wins is the minimum this season.  Anything more than 8 is just icing on the cake.

I agree, but at this point I want 9. Based on how this team has performed, there is no reason to not at least split the Texas and aTm games. OSU and OU will be really tough.

Totally agree.  My expectations for the season are already exceeded.   We've got some lean and fit demons out there. 

Nonetheless, I personally, and the majority of this board is going to be crushed and melt-down spectacularly if we lose 4 in a row (or 3 of 4).  Dropping out of the top 25, making the 'who's not hot' lists, etc. will be painful.
