They film from the site of the show on Friday from sportscenter segments, and no one ever goes and holds up a sign. You're probably 10 times more likely to get your sign on TV if you go out there on Friday.

An email service suggested it to me as my username since it took my name and an activity I enjoy (running). Liked it enough to use it on pretty much anything that requires a username.
