gill is actually trying to build something there and that takes time. off the top of my head, i can't think of a harder placed to build a fball program  than ku. it's an hour away from an airport, the fans don't care, the stadium is a crap hole, etc. it's not going to get done in one year. i trust the new ku ad will allow him the time he needs and that the disgustingly racist ku fanbase will just have to deal with it.
