Before we spluge all over Sean's special teams too much.

Let's remember that lil' Baby Lockett was an eyelash away from disaster and OU almost broke 2 kickoffs for TD's, ending up with great field position both times.   I hate the clear overthink, the "lets try to kick it short to a guy who is not used to catching the ball and running hoping he'll fumble because afterall that happened one time last year" kickoff.

The Punting and Punt cover teams were very good though. 

Gotta disagree with Keitzman on the OVERALL view of Sean.

I agree that the kick coverage was poor against OU, but it has been very good as a whole since Sean took over as ST coach.

Either Norman has changed tremendously or you just happened to run into OU superfans, because I've never run into an OU fan that was nice before the game. They are even worse after they win. I've never been around them after a loss, but I would imagine that would be better than being around them after a win.

Opposing fans shouldn't be nice, especially outside the stadium.  Maybe some courtesy to those sitting around you (haha, jk).  If you want opposing fans coming into your stadium for years, by all means, be friendly.  Otherwise, turn up the anger

I agree, but OU fans are surprisingly nasty. A 9 year old with a bull horn got in my face and yelled "You guys rough ridin' suck" after the loss in 2005.

I went down a few years ago and we were treated like crap all day, especially after the game.  The only person who talked to us without being a dick was an old woman in the stands explaining to us that OU fans are bad, but going to an LSU game is way worse.  I appreciated her stories.

I will continue to do things like ask obvious Miami t-shirt fans when they graduated from the U, or ask ISU fans to help us with sandbagging at the tailgate when it is raining hard because they have so much experience, etc. College-ish age fans are totally fair game.
