honestly, I have seen players back out there the next week with identical "LOOKING" injuries. It just depends if it was a hyper extension or something worse.

I hyperextended by 'bow, tore my medial collateral ligament. Missed about 3 innings. (Got all light headed, almost passed out.) Wrapped that bitch up tight, played the rest of the season and had it repaired during the off season. Dude may just be a tremendous pussy.

I could be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure your bones stay connected the way they should be when you hyperextend your elbow. Did you look at the picture?
