You're missing the point.  Luther Campbell (Miami rap star, Luke Skywalker, 2 Live Crew) has been implicated in the whole Nevin Shapiro/The U scandal, I believe accused of using his influence/money/access to whores to influence recruits to go to Miami.  Is this Frank setting up his own Miami rapper pipeline?  Seems like a proactive approach.  Besides, this guys looks half the age of Luther, and I assume is still actually popular.

On a Frank attire side note, the tucks in Secs 3 and 4 were caught off guard by him wearing the Big Red 1 football jersey Saturday.  As he and SG were walking up from the field during the game, literally almost none of them could identify him at point-blank range - a lot of "who is that guy people are talking to?" comments, and then some of them were complaining that he wasn't wearing purple.   :facepalm:  In their defense, the average age in that area is about 75, and most of them probably don't have the eyesight to discern his face past 3 feet.
