scheme wall?
« on: October 03, 2011, 08:06:29 AM »
did we just hit one? i think maybe. there is just no way to keep producing them at the level that snyder has been doing so far this year. meanwhile mizzou had two weeks to work on scheme and scheme adjustments/variations. i just don't see this ending well.

I think as long as we can run effectively, the scheme doctor knows no wall.

Snyder's scheme against Baylor was also a scheme to force Mizzou to reevaluate (and throw out lol) the schemes they wasted their time on all last week. It was a scheme within a scheme.

Scheme walls are kind of like koala bears.  Sure they have "bear" in their name, but they aren't really bears.

To be fair, I don't think Rick Daris believes they are constructing a physical wall.

I believe the term is schemers block, and just like writers block, it only happens to amateurs, not old ball coaches.   :emawkid:

My point was that, unless you are a Eucalyptus tree, they are easy to over come.

Pinkels schemes  :barf:  I'm not to worried about the schemes that Mizzou run.  But once again, we will be overmatched talentwise.  But, I'm  :comehere: to Mizzou.  I think we can come out on top with the Scheme Doctor at the wheel.  :lynchmob:

The thing is, you never really know which schemes are real and which are just smokeschemes.  While Pinkel is busy watching Snyd's beautiful assistant, Bill has already reshuffled the deck.

To be fair I don't think Rick Daris even believes that the Cats have hit any "scheme wall" - I think he is part of a scheme to distract mu and/or convince them that the ksu cats have hit a scheme wall.

Ahhh, the old double scheme.  Snyds employs people like your buddy purely for subterfuge.  Your buddy runs around town claiming a dearth of schemes while Snyd flips through his scheme filled rolodex.

"Hey Del, you remember the old scheme #472?"

"Of course I remember it, that scheme got 3 coaches fired."

"That's the one old chap, and we're bringing it back!"

new facebook message from an old friend of a friend that we all used to call grand master schemey schemes back in college. "... and of course it wasn't sustainable. the whole staff knew it. they over schemed and double schemed and reverse field schemed for four games straight and now have no scheme fuel left in the scheme tank".

guys- this guy knows something.
