I don't hate him at all. I said I thought the team will respond by playing their best game of the year. If they don't, it's a sign that Gill cannot motivate his players, and your program would be better off without him. I'd really like to see you guys do well. If you don't get better at football, we aren't going to end up in a good conference after the next round of realignment.

he should get a hell of a lot more than three years to try and turn that mess around. jesus christ. i don't think bob stoops, les miles and nick saban all on the same staff together at ku could get that thing going in three years or less. it's an extremely difficult place to recruit to and then you add in the apathy of the fan base and junky highschoolesque stadium and it's just damn near impossible. mangino did gods work before ku fired him and it took him six years before he had a winning record in league play.
